If it has shown bad symptoms, it must be replaced. Bad oil seals will cause damage to imported bearings, making the bearings cloudy and causing equipment downtime. Therefore, before we inspect the bearing, we should clean the surface of the bearing first, and then disassemble the parts around the bearing. It should be noted that the oil seal is a very fragile part, so you need to be extra careful during inspection and disassembly, and do not apply excessive force to avoid damage to the parts.

Then carefully check the oil seal of the bearing and its surrounding parts, and secondly, we also check the lubricant of the bearing.

1. Bearing maintenance: In order to maintain the original performance of the bearing in a good state for as long as possible, maintenance and inspection are necessary to prevent accidents, ensure the reliability of operation, and improve consumption and economy. Maintain the operating standards of the corresponding mechanical operating conditions and suspend them regularly. The contents include monitoring the operating status, replenishing or changing the lubricant, and regular disassembly inspections. The maintenance items during operation include the rotation noise of the bearing, vibration, temperature, and the state of the lubricant.

2. Bearing maintenance: Bearing cleaning: When disassembling the bearing for maintenance, first record the appearance of the bearing, confirm the residual amount of lubricant, and wash the bearing after sampling the lubricant for inspection. As a cleaning agent, gasoline and kerosene are generally used. The cleaning of the disassembled imported bearings is divided into coarse cleaning and fine cleaning, and they are placed in the containers respectively, and the bottom of the metal mesh is placed first, so that the bearings do not directly contact the dirt of the container. During rough cleaning, if the bearing is rotated with dirt, it will damage the rolling surface of the bearing, so you should pay attention. In the coarse cleaning oil, use a brush to remove the grease and sticky substances. After it is roughly clean, transfer to the fine cleaning. Fine cleaning is to carefully clean the bearing while rotating in the cleaning oil. In addition, the cleaning oil should also be kept clean regularly.

3. Overhaul and judgment of bearings: In order to judge whether the disassembled bearing can be used, it should be checked after the bearing is cleaned. Check the state of the raceway surface, rolling surface and mating surface, the wear of the cage, the increase in bearing clearance, and the damage and abnormality irrelevant to the drop in dimensional accuracy. For non-separate small ball bearings, hold the inner ring horizontally with one hand, and rotate the outer ring to check whether it is fluent.
