After-sales service terms

In accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations, the company's specific provisions on the return, replacement and warranty of the sold products are as follows:

1. For customers who purchase goods from our company, in order to ensure your interests, please inspect the goods on the spot when you receive them. If you find that the goods are damaged in transit, you have the right to ask the delivery personnel to take the goods back for re-delivery or ask the post office to show them. Proof, claim to the post office.

2. We only provide one free door-to-door return. Please contact us within the valid time after viewing all the goods, and please prepare the product and the delivery note for inspection.

3. If the return is due to the customer's own reasons (for example, the content introduction is not clearly seen before ordering, repeated orders and other non-quality problems), the customer should contact the customer service center to return to the company. Require:

(1) In line with the return time regulations: within 1 week of receiving the goods (subject to the date of receipt).

(2) The packaging and the goods themselves are in good condition;

(3) Please bring the original invoice, if it has been invoiced, please return it together;

4. If you find product quality problems after receiving the goods, you can call to contact for return and exchange within 5 days after receiving the goods. Return the product, and please return the product's outer packaging, internal accessories, sales receipt, etc. with the product. We will give you a replacement or refund within 2 working days after receiving your product. 7 days after the customer receives the product, if there is a quality problem, please choose the manufacturer's maintenance service; the product with special regulations by the manufacturer shall be implemented according to the manufacturer's regulations.

5. The product you want to return must be complete with original packaging, accessories, instruction manual, and warranty card; you should also have a document that can effectively prove that the product was purchased from us.

6. The company has the right to refuse the customer's return or exchange request under the following circumstances:

(1) Return and exchange requirements for home delivery customers due to no delivery errors found. When you receive the goods, please carefully check and accept the goods according to the delivery note. If the goods are short, missing, dirty, or damaged, please check them on the spot and point out that they will be re-delivered free of charge, and will not be accepted after that.

(2) Request for return or exchange beyond the return period. Within 1 week of return, within one month of exchange (subject to the date of receipt by the customer).

(3) The returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged.

(4) The customer invoice or invoice is missing or incomplete.

(5) Returns due to the customer's own reasons (such as not reading the content introduction before ordering, repeating orders, etc.).

(6) The customer requests to replace the goods with other goods.

(7) The customer did not contact the customer service center in advance before coming to the door.

7. If there is a product quality problem, we will return, exchange, repair and solve other problems caused by the friendly negotiation between the two parties; if the two parties cannot solve it through negotiation, it can be handed over to the arbitration agency of the State Quality Supervision Commission. or the Consumer Protection Association.
